Camp Naaleh Registration, Payment, and Terms Early Bird Registration • Discounted Rate: $2,850, valid until December 31, 2024. After this date, the full fee applies. Payment Requirements • Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of $560 is due upon application submission via our payment partner Paypal. • Balance: For Early Bird registrants, the remaining balance of $2,850 will be paid in six monthly installments, with the first payment of $560 due on January 1, followed by five monthly payments of $458 on February 1, March 1, April 1, May 1, and June 1. Payments will be processed using the same card used for the registration fee. • Standard Registration: Applications received after December 31, 2024, will be at the standard price of $3,200, and the payment schedule will be adjusted to ensure the balance is settled in full by June 1, 2025. Scholarships and Third-Party Payments • Applications for scholarships or third-party payment arrangements must be submitted by February 28, 2025, and require approval by Camp Naaleh to confirm these arrangements. Cancellation Policy • Before May 1, 2025: Cancellations will receive a full refund of the balance paid, less the non-refundable registration fee. • On or After May 1, 2025: No refunds will be available. In the case of government-mandated camp closures, full or partial refunds may be issued. Additional Information and Disclaimers • Exclusions: Camp fees do not include airfare or transport to the camp. • Medical Form: A completed Camp Naaleh Medical Form, signed by a physician and guardian, is required prior to camp arrival. • Emergency Medical Authority: In emergencies, Camp Naaleh and its medical staff are authorized to act on behalf of the camper. • Trips and Activities Authorization: Guardians authorize Camp Naaleh to take campers offsite for organized activities. • Beis Din Requirement: Any disputes must be settled by a Beis Din in Israel, in accordance with Halacha. • Publicity and Photos: Camp Naaleh reserves the right to use camp photos for publicity purposes. • Right to Refuse: Camp Naaleh may deny admission at its discretion. • Unclaimed Items: All unclaimed lost and found items will be considered hefker one week after camp ends. • Camper Responsibility for Damages: Guardians are financially responsible for any damage caused by their camper. • Application Confirmation: Contact the camp office if you do not receive confirmation within three weeks of application submission. Health Insurance Requirement • Health Insurance Policy: Campers must arrange a health insurance policy through Harel Insurance, specifically under the Tour & Care - Health Policy, for medical coverage in Israel. Evidence of this policy must be submitted to Camp Naaleh before camp begins. An application is not considered submitted until both forms and the payment subscription have been completed. Acceptance to the camp is not automatic, and you will receive an acceptance communication within 7 days of submitting your application.
